Anti Corrosive Brick Lining

It is a two-part chemically set Furan base mortar used to adhere to bricks and tiles that can withstand acidic environments. Its texture is impermeable, and it is unaffected by temperatures up to 170 C. It is also resistant to a very broad variety of substances, including powerful acids, alkalis, oils, and solvents.

MIXING: A METHOD OF APPLICATION

In order to create a usable mortar, the mixer is made by combining powder and solution. The suggested mixing ratio is one part solution to three parts powder by weight. The ratio will change based on the working environment's temperature and other factors. Use a dry, spotless mixing bowl. Add the powder gradually while properly mixing the mixture in a mixing pan with the proper amount of solution. No more material should be mixed than can be used in 20 to 30 minutes.
